What we collect, and what we don't.

This site counts its own visits with a tool we built. There is no analytics company involved and no ad pixel. Below is every field it records, what happens to anything you send us, and how to have it deleted.

We now record your IP address and keep a visitor id in your browser, so a return visit can be recognised. Before this date we did neither. Sections 01 and 05 below say exactly what that means.

How we count visits.

The measurement is ours, running on this domain. Nothing on the page is loaded from an analytics or advertising service.

When you open a page here, the site collects a short list of facts in your browser and sends them to an endpoint on aosai.co. It is a first-party request to our own server; your browser contacts no other company. The records are stored with our hosting provider, Vercel, in the United States.

Which pages you viewed on this site.
The domain of the site that linked you here — the domain only, not the full address.
Campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), if the link you followed carried them.
A session id — random, generated in your browser, held for the tab you are in and discarded when you close it.
A visitor id — random, generated in your browser, and kept in your browser's local storage so it lasts beyond this visit. It is what lets us see that a later visit came from the same browser. It contains nothing about you personally, it is used only on this site, and clearing your browsing data removes it.
Your approximate location — country, region or state, city, and time zone — as reported to us by our hosting platform from your IP address.
Your IP address.
The time of each event — when your browser recorded it, and when our server received it.
Which button you clicked: booking, call, text, email, the calculator, the newsletter. For a booking button we also record which spot on the page it sat in, and for a text link, whether the message was pre-filled. For an email link we record only that it was tapped — never the address, the subject or anything you go on to write.
For a link that leaves this site, the domain it points to.
How far down a page you scrolled, rounded to a quarter.
Which sections of a page came into view — a short fixed list such as pricing, services or booking, and only that the block was on screen for a moment. Not what you read, not how long, not where your cursor went.
Whether your browser blocks site storage — so we can tell how many visitors we are unable to count properly.

We store your IP address, and we keep a visitor id in your browser so that we can recognise a return visit. Together these let us see how many separate people visit rather than only how many tabs were opened, roughly where our visitors are, and whether someone came back before getting in touch.

We use this to see which pages do their job and which don't, and to follow up on enquiries. It is not sold, not shared with data brokers, and not used to track you across other websites. We keep it for up to 13 months, then delete it.

To opt out entirely: visit aosai.co/?w3p=off. This browser then records nothing at all — no page views, no IP, no visitor id — until you visit ?w3p=on. One honest limit: if your browser blocks all site storage, the setting cannot be remembered from page to page — it still applies to the page you opened with the link. We also honour Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends that signal we do not record you regardless of storage, and you need do nothing. We honour Do Not Track the same way — if your browser sends it, we record nothing. We will say plainly that the Do Not Track standard was abandoned by the industry and carries no legal weight; most sites ignore it. We honour it because you meant something by turning it on.

Clearing this site's data removes the visitor id but does not stop future recording; a private window will not keep an id between sessions. To have what we already hold deleted, email help@aosai.co and we will remove it.

What it doesn't do.

Written as limits, because that is what they are.

No cookies. The ids we use are kept in your browser's own storage rather than in cookies. That is a technical difference, not a bigger promise — the visitor id lasts until you clear your browsing data.
No name, email or message content is attached to any of it unless you type it into a form yourself.
No third-party analytics. No Google Analytics, no hosted analytics product of any kind.
No ad pixels and no cross-site tracking. Nothing here follows you onto another site. If you click a link to another site we record only which site it goes to — nothing about where you go afterwards.
Nothing is sold. This data is not sold and not handed to data brokers.

What you send us.

Forms, bookings, calls and texts are a different thing from counting visits, and we treat them separately.

When you book a call, fill in a form, phone us or text us, we keep what you gave us — your name, your number or email, and what you told us — so we can follow up and do the work you asked for.

Bookings are taken on a scheduling page hosted by GoHighLevel, a US customer-management platform we use. What you enter there is stored by them as well as by us. Our newsletter list and enquiry follow-up run on the same platform. They process it on our behalf and do not sell it.

We review what people tell us to improve how we explain and price the work. We do not use it to train models.

Retention

This is a business record rather than measurement, so it is not on the 13-month timer described in section 01. We keep it until it is no longer needed or you ask us to delete it — email help@aosai.co and we will.

The short version.

Measurement: First-party, on aosai.co. No third-party analytics service.
Cookies: None. A per-tab session id, plus a visitor id in local storage that lasts until you clear your browsing data.

Retention — measurement: 13 months, then deleted automatically. Sooner if you ask.
Retention — what you send us: Forms, bookings, calls, texts and newsletter signups: until it is no longer needed, or until you ask us to delete it.
